We had a spectacular stay at the Intercontinental. The hotel was better than expected in every way.
Pros: Everything was superb, but the thing that really stood out was the service. From check-in, to the concierge, to the maintenance department--everyone was polite, professional and at the top of their game.
Cons: Nothing--everything was wonderful.

Terrific location and enough space for my family of 4. Wonderful staff who were helpful upon check-in.
Pros: Pool area, proximity to attractions throughout Toronto and professional staff.
Cons: Be careful and park privately in lot adjacent to hotel. The Hotel valet is $45 a night, but if you park on your own it's $30.

Pros: The view was great of the tower.
Cons: Noise from the mechanism of elevators zooming up and down. Old building, needs updating. Over priced and it was a sale but still way too much for an medium hotel.
