Pros: The concierge was very helpful. The location was good but there was no taxi file because of space limitations on Bloor street so getting a cab was hit and miss.
Cons: Four things 1 The music in the bar was too loud for talking and too "black" It is not what I want to listen to and I left after a short time. There 2 check in people both waiting on a single person while I stood there. There was only one person needed to serve the customer. The business centre is hard to use and the charges for use are too high. The use of the business centre should be free. It was hard to figure out how the TV system worked especially to determine the TV guide for programming.

Pros:
Cons: I felt the rooms were not well cleaned. Lint and other small debris remained for a couple of days until I checked to confirm they were vacuuming. MORE IMPORTANT, I am allergic to down feathers and requested a feather free room when I booked the hotel. It turned out one of the pillows ended up being down. That's like poison to me and I am still recovering from it.
