Pros: Not expensive. Right off the 427 so easy access from all directions.
Cons: This place is old and pretty run down. To be fair, we did have a suite for 3 nights at less than $300.

Pros: Location. Room layout was good, fridge provided and tea/coffee. Bed was kingsize and comfortable. Aircraft noise from Pearson was better than some local hotels.
Cons: Place was 'tired'. Carpet stained, furniture worn. Needs some refurbishment. Restaurant was so-so, buffet breakfast unimaginative and medium quality. I had a pizza one evening which was overbaked and dry. Housekeeping was below average with late service (7pm Sunday!) and maid not knowing she was to make up the bed. Had to ask for shampoo supplies etc. Bar shut early on Friday night for no obvious reason. Probably wouldn't stay there again unless forced.
