Pros: I loved the room, large and loads of space. The bed was massive and unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast offered was great value for money as well.
Cons: There was a lot of building work going on around the hotel which was annoying and had to walk at least 10 minutes to get anywhere but that was to be expected. Got a taxi to take me from the hotel to the train station after check out and overhead the tail end of the driver's argument with a hotel staff member about charging the taxi driver $10 to stop outside the hotel. When the driver protested the staff member told him to just overcharge the passenger by $10 to cover it. Apparently this practice is carried out all over Toronto but I was horrified, both by overhearing the argument and the attitude to just charge their guests even more money!

Pros: There are 2 tvs in the room... so you can put your child to bed, and watch tv in the living area.. but both tv's have really slow remotes with no instructions.. so it took almost an hour to figure out the dvd/tv controls. Room service had a reasonable kids menu. Breakfast is included. Valet is important as parking is not easy...
Cons: Bathrooms are a little dated. Most luxury hotels now have high end inroom coffee.. this was basic.

Pros: The buffer was grand.i liked the bathroom too .i surely will come back again
Cons: The parking deck was not spacious and it was difficult to navigate through such a small crowded lot.the upside is that the daily parking rate was affordable so I am not so pissed
