The restaurant oozes sophistication via its architectural design elements, glass walk-through wine vault and the four subtly textured columns that define the dining room. The chef’s have become known for both their use of fresh local and regional ingredients and their creative interpretations of classic cuisine. I suggest the butter braised lobster poutine with classic béarnaise as a tantalizing side to any main course.
