Cons: The price
We had a little medical emergency and, unfortunately, spent most of the night in the ER. In the morning we asked if we could possibly rent the room for a couple extra hours to catch up on some sleep. The staff was very understanding and they allowed us to stay the extra hours free of charge. We really appreciated that! The cooking staff also went above and beyond. When the kitchen ran out of sausages when my husband went up for some more the cook told him she would come and let him know when there were more so he wouldn't have to keep checking. There were so many little things like that that made our stay so much more enjoyable!
Pros: The staff were amazing! And breakfast was great -- so much selection, hot food, and lots of seating!
Cons: The two person whirlpool was lovely, but I wouldn't describe it as "two person"... still it was enjoyed.
Pros: Close to shopping no trying place to park
Pros: Everything was great, I had no issues.
Cons: Should have Hand sanitizer at the front desk, the attendant had a cold and was handling my cards which in turn I had to handle, hand sanitizer would have been nice.
