Pros: Walkable to downtown with all the amenities.
Cons: It's a large complex on both sides of the street. We were close to the office and breakfast room, but that is not the case for all rooms.

Very Good

Pros: It's location to the Festival. They really make a concerted effort to update when things are wearing down.
Cons: The cups in the room are tough to drink anything but water out of them. If one has some wine, it eats away at the cup. Also the faucet didn't fully shut off which I meant to tell the front desk.

Pros: friendly people, nice friendly workers, comfortable beds, better than usual breakfast, great location.
Cons: There was a funny sounding heating system, but I got used to it.
