Pros: Quiet and comfortable. Easy to bachelor.f
Cons: No protein in the breakfast offering.
Pros: Staff was wonderful
Cons: Was advertised there was an Indoor pool and the was NOT
The hotel was located perfectly for our needs. My daughter was running the Happy Girl Half and start and finish was very close. We enjoyed the fact that Safeway was only half a mile away and had a NUT BAR! Great location and really great staff. We look forward to staying there again.
Pros: Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was great at keeping the young baseball players staying there calm and pretty darn quiet. AMAZING
Pros: The people were so nice and understanding! The rooms were very nice, we had a little problem with the first room but it was taken care of as soon as we said something about it. It was a great, well-needed trip!
Cons: The was no hand soap in the rooms
Pros: the cleanliness.
Cons: We walked into our first room and there were people in there and that made it so awkward. then we were put into another room but told we had to move to another room in the morning. it just made it very difficult.
Defiantly stay again
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Shower was slippery. No non slip pad provided
Quiet location in Bend
Pros: Location is central to old mill district
Cons: Internet down for two days
Pros: The suite was sweet
Cons: Only that outside was cold and snowy
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, good central location
Cons: The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality of the food was only fair.
It would be nice if there were places to sit and read/relax indoors besides the tables and chairs of the dining room.
Cons: the sleeper sofa was horrible!
Excellent place to stay
Pros: This was a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of days. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Cons: There could be more variety with the selections for breakfast. Since we were there for a couple of days, it was the exact same selections.
Pros: The location was perfect. A short distance to Mt. Bachelor, the Old Mill District and to downtown Bend.
Cons: The size of our "suite" was a bit smaller than I was expecting. Not sure how 4 people could stay in our suite comfortably. Luckily it was just 2 of us.
We did have a nice...
Pros: It was in a nice setting with Mt. Bachelor in
Cons: I didn't like that for the 3rd time going through bookings.com I didn't get my request for the top floor. very disappointing.
Terrific value and location for...
Pros: Nice staff, comfortable, well-appointed rooms, great breakfast.
Pros: The room was comfortable, friendly staff.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding.
Perfect price & perfect place
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: All the people working there were very courteous and concerned about our opinions
Cons: The decor looked like an old college dorm room. Decent kitchen area which we didn't want or need. The bathroom was small and cramped with a poor shower head. The outlet by the vanity was so far away, the cord on my wife's curling iron would allow her to look in the mirror at the same time. The heater/air conditioner was hard to adjust and had no instructions or thermostat. It was extremely hard to find a place to park and ended up a long way from our room. Very overpriced!
