This family-run eatery features an impressive selection of gourmet sausages served in bolillo buns. The chili cheese or bacon Gorgonzola fries make great starters. Locals favor the "Seattle Dog," "Smoked Apple Veggie" and wild boar. I loved the "IPA Beer Sausage." The chocolate peanut butter or dulce de leche cheesecakes served in mason jars are hard to resist. Psst: "Grandma's Home Made Chimichurri" is sold by the jar.
