Covered Wagon/Fire Museum The Covered Wagon/Fire Museum in Fort Henrietta Historical Park, along the Umatilla River and between Bridge and Main sts., displays area artifacts and antique firefighting equipment and vehicles. Visitors can view the vintage vehicles from outside the museum and use interactive exhibits to learn about each one. An 1860s county jail and a fort-style blockhouse also are on the grounds, which feature interpretive panels examining the results of archeological excavations done in the area.
From inspection report: "The covered wagon museum is basically a display of artifacts with informational panels about the items. The fire museum is pretty much the same thing with antique fire equipment. Both areas are not staffed. Informational pamphlets can be picked up from City Hall."
