Pros: That it was close to work and affordable
Cons: The room was dirty (toenail clippings on the floor, cobwebs over wall mounted lights, bases of floor lamps dirty, dirt and mold in the wall mounted air conditioner, no sound barriers between rooms or hallway, nothing wiped off after first night and only towels replaced, water left in the iron and it smelled moldy). The coffee, cups, sugar, shampoo, etc nott replenish after first night. The staff was not helpful when a guest was having difficulty with the waffle maker (I showed him how to work it). And there needs something done about the parking situation. Overall, what could have been a very pleasant stay went very wrong mostly because of housekeeping. When I went to ask for regular coffee for the room I was told you were out. That is unacceptable with the prices

Pros:
Cons: Awkward traffic pattern, not easy to get to when traveling east. Understaffed. Poor breakfast. "Non-smoking" room had over-powering odor (lingering, permanent smoke smell). Train horns close by during the night made sleeping difficult. Not a 3-star by far

Pros: The location is close to the U of O campus and surprisingly quiet for being so close to major roads. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I slept well during my stay.
Cons: I checked in late (after 9:00 p.m.) the parking lot was almost full with no obvious overflow. I was able to find parking the rest of my stay by returning to the hotel earlier in the evening. The breakfast was limited without the waffle maker working.
