Pros: The location is fine, and the staff was super friendly. We didn't eat here from the restaurant, but did bring dessert back with us and enjoyed ourselves in the public gathering area, which was convenient, but again, could use renovation. It's very dated. The restaurant staff gave us plates and forks for our dessert which was appreciated.
Cons: Our room had a sliding glass door that did not lock or close completely and had a chain lock to "secure" it. I was shocked. Seriously? Fix the darn sliding door for goodness sake! How difficult is it to get maintenance to either fix it or replace the sliding glass door? The property needs renovation in a big way. It was surely nice in it's day, but it's age is showing and the business with the sliding door not locking is unacceptable. I'm sorry to say that I would not stay here again. I could live with the dated nature, of course, but I did not feel secure.
