In an old creamery, this restaurant is the only known brewery that uses geothermal-heated water during its brewing process. The menu lists a wide variety of salads, sandwiches and burgers, as well as pasta, crab cakes, salmon, steak and the local favorite, fish and chips. The appetizer sampler is large enough for a small group. Vegetarian options are available. While waiting for your meal, take a look at Beer Lesson #1 on the hand-crafted ale menu which talks about malt, hops and informative facts about their brewing process.
