Pros: Loved dealing with Charles--a delight! Location was grand.
Cons: I didn't like being charged for using something we did not use and not knowing about it until we got our credit card.

Pros: Room spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony directly overlooking a great beach. Very walkable with several restaurant/bar options nearby.
Cons: Service breakdowns detracted from our not inexpensive stay: bath spoiled by missing stopper, incorrectly sized replacement, then lukewarm water; room cleaning skipped on our full day; when this was pointed out on check out, no more than a "sorry" offered; our card later charged $20, which we had to call to find out was for phantom mini-bar items (charges quickly reversed). Too bad, first impressions were quite favorable, but more expected considering the room rate.
