Very Good

Fairly good place - not as great as the star rating and cost would lead you to believe. Wifi is pretty reliable - though one night, it completely died and no one could offer help. When we arrived, we were offered a dining guide (and gladly accepted - having traveled far and needing food). It was so unhelpful because it didn't include information about what was close or where the places were in relation to the hotel. However, there are lots of places that are great in the surrounding neighborhood (or a quick bus or cab ride) - it's a shame some of the hotel staff don't offer more assistance (really, the staff are hit or miss - some folks went out of their way to be helpful, and some were unbelievably rude.). In answering the question of would you recommend or not, know that the recommendation is offered primarily on the basis of the lack of good lodging options close to the convention center. Really, it's a toss-up of whether or not I'd recommend it.
Pros: Most of the staff were very helpful and outgoing, spaces were well-kept (shared/public and rooms).
Cons: A couple of the front-desk staff members were rude (no other way to word this really). The headboard of our bed had crackers lining it (cheezits and goldfish - who knows how long they'd be there, but not from us - took a pic). Dining options are limited.

Pros: Great room, close to public transportation. Great staff.
Cons: Parking - its about 25 per night to park at the hotel. They do not let you park on your own. We ended up going a block down the street and found parking for 9$ for the whole weekend.
