Pros: The room was very comfortable, although we didn't spend much time in it. And, the location was perfect.
Cons: We were not notified that we needed to keep our room in order to exit the garage.

Pros: Room was comfortable.
Cons: When requesting something , don't respond for over an hour and then say your busy. You seat someone in morning for breakfast, bring wrong beverage and return dropping off chit after 1/2 hr. Lack of customer attention.

Pros: nice place--food good---people real nice
Cons: the tri met system was going thru an overhaul that meant the station by the hotel was out--had shuttle buses. not told till after the fact. this train fix was known about for many weeks in advance and the hotel never gave update Until the day after it started. room was a little small- have stayed in larger rooms for less. too far from elevator--am senior. when i placed my reservation i asked for a refrigator had called day before i left my home--had to ask once i arrived and the next day, around mid day the rrefrigator showed up.
