Pros: The location of the property is great - right down the street from a street car stop.
Cons: Literally, EVERYTHING ELSE. The staff was rude to my grandmother and me. The AC automatically shuts off - not when it's reached a certain temp... it just shuts off. It was so hot in the hotel room that finally, my mother got up and went to the front desk. Maintenance did come and fix the AC. On top of all of that, our room keys were deactivated and they were cleaning our room, a day before our scheduled check out.

Pros: Location. We were able to take streetcars to Powell's and Washington Park, also walk to PSU, Art Museum, Historical Society, and farmers market. Small food street vendors were across the street, providing pretty decent food.
Cons: Wireless was bad, very hard to get on and stay on.

Pros: Family who own/manage property were very friendly and helpful with info about Portland Area, etc... Room was clean and relatively quiet since it was up on 2nd floor and away from traffic. Location was perfect for using 'light rail' and 'streetcar' public transit to explore the Portland Area :-)
Cons: We stayed there 2-nights and in the 'wee hours' of our first night(Tue), a very noisy truck came to empty the 'dumpster' which awakened me. The TV was not user friendly and had only limited stations to choose from, as well as picture quality being poor and sound level erratic. Shower was so 'fine and strong' it caused a major 'draft', which caused the 'shower curtain' to constantly open, even after wetting it to stay in place. Brought these concerns to management before leaving and they stated they are in process of rectifying same.
