Pros: The staff was beyond helpful. Especially with getting me from the airport. In addition to, providing a ride to the rail system.
Cons: The room smelled like mildew. Like a dirty old wet towel. I'm thinking there was some water damage in the past that just wasn't taken care of completely. But I do also remember hearing a drip behind the walls, so there may be a leakage somewhere.

Maybe not again.
Pros: The shuttle to the airport. The pet friendly. The staff was nice.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room. There were greasy fingerprints on the wood furniture. There was used paper and plastic cups on the floor. The toiletry items in the bathroom were not all there. The doors were pretty banged up. The thermostat didn't work properly. The rolling chair was broken. We had stayed there several other times and we were actually very shocked at the room. It seemed like whoever had the job of cleaning the room just didn't care at all about doing a good job. That was the first time we did not leave a tip while lodging for the cleaning help. I also have to repeatedly re-sign up for the point membership. Every time I do they lose my membership info.

Pros: Breakfast was above average
Cons: Tv remote didn't work, staff replaced it, still didn't work couldn't change channels or turn off, needed to unplug to sleep. Staff couldn't care less at check out

Nice remodel, but front desk...
Pros: Nice remodel
Cons: When we arrived, the front desk person was handling a phone call -- however, while we were standing there waiting he took a new second phone call, and made us wait for an extra 10-15 minutes to check in, while he took the reservation from the phone call. Not a very courteous gesture....
