Pros: The waterfront view was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The room was also very quiet, little to no outside noise. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Very nice hotel.
Cons: My only complaint was the parking fee, it was outrageous at $37. We parked in the public parking garage behind the hotel for less then half that.

Pros: Conveniently located. Less expensive parking than valet on the block. Spacious room. Very sufficient amenities for a family. Accommodating and friendly staff. Petes coffee next door. Starbucks 1 block away. Lots of shopping/restaurants close by.
Cons: View from room of the side of another building but I was okay with that given the price that I paid and understanding that this is a high rise building in a dense city - so views are limited. 2 full size beds (not queen).
