Pros: Good location
Cons: Hotel was a 2.5 star, not a 4.5 star. Amenities were average, and hotel was old. Needs a renovation. I have pictures to prove.

Pros: The bed they gave us was a murphy bed that was small and the springs squeaked. Not what you would have expected from a 4.5 star hotel.

Pros: Hotel and rooms are beautiful and historic. Service is impeccable. The new restaurant and bar (Headwaters) is outstanding, a major improvement over the old hotel restaurant. Happy Hour (3-6:00) is fun, lively and a great deal.
Cons: Rooms can be a little small. Prices are high.
