Pros: The room was beautiful we had a corner room I was there the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and we got ready for the big day here.
Cons: When i got ready they restricted us to take any pictures in the hotel when we asked for permission they said they needed to get they're head manager we waited and waited but no one came we started running behind schedule so we took pictures of just me coming down the stairs and left however when my parents went to checkout for us they charged and addition 250$ for taking the pictures on top of the 500$ we already paid for the room. Also if we had known they would charge us we would've went on the roof top and other places. Very unhappy you would think on your big day after paying already 500 they would let you take a few pictures.

Pros: Staff was amazingly gracious. I mentioned it was our anniversary and there was a thoughtful gift and chocolate waiting in our room. We rented bikes for 3 days and storage at the valet was no hassle. The room was large, comfortable and spotless. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
Cons: Large amount of young, able bodied homeless in the area at night. Not a responsibility of the property but a negative of the location.

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Staff arrogant and inefficient, except excellent valet staff. $47 per night to park and then do have to wait 15 minutes to bring car from off site parking...suggest just parking at garage around the corner. No shampoo in room, no turn down service, had to finally go find a waitress for service in the lobby bar area (20 minutes) Beds too hard, pillows no substance, comforters were awesome. Yes, we are spoiled, but expect more for $600+ a night.

Pros:
Cons: We had the "No. Thanks." sign on the door and were woken at 8:30am to our door opening. At 10:30 we had another knock, another knock at 12:59 (we requested a late checkout for 1pm). That was the only negative, everything else was fabulous!
