This restaurant is located in what looks to be an old neighborhood market, but don't let the basic white exterior fool you. You enter straight into the rush of the kitchen and then through to the tastefully decorated dining room with seasonally changing art. Most guests are seated at 6 pm and 8:30 pm, so if you want to be assured a table, make reservations. Using only local and fresh ingredients, the menu changes every couple of days. A six course prix fixe can be chosen for $60 and an optional wine pairing. This is Italian done in a whole new way, in which traditional dishes may resemble the flavors of other dishes. Imagine risotto that tastes just like caprese!
