Pros: The staff that assisted us were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to alter our reservation due to a family emergency and they were more than understanding. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast had a good variety of meal options from eggs and bacon to fresh fruit, to cinnamon rolls.
Cons: The walls are a somewhat thin, and we could hear our neighbors but luckily they went to bed as early as we did. Also, since it is a motel design with an exterior corridor you will hear people walking along the concrete corridor.

Pros: The location is great. Staff is and has always been nice and helpful. Usually only stay one night while passing through from visiting family in CA. This was our fourth stay with the hotel. It's definitely showing its age. We had a two queen bed room on floor 3 river view. Bed Linens were clean. The bathroom was clean. Though we didn't eat breakfast there we have in the past and it's the normal hotel offering of cereals yogurts and pancake area.
Cons: The biggest problem was that the room had small black ants. We found five on the tv cabinet. Killed those. Thought that was maybe a fluke. But then killed three more when I got up to turn on the a/c. Then found three more in the morning - but these were on the nightstand and table. A bit disconcerting. This is a first for me. Needless to say I did not sleep super well. The mattresses in the room were older. Mine was super squeaky. The soft pillows were lumpy. I do think the hotel could use a major refresh. Especially with as much use that it sees.

Pros: Bed is comfortable, good location! Great view of river from balcony off room! Has a good breakfast! Rooms are small but comfortable, clean! Closet space a little crowded but plenty for a couple of nights!
Cons: Thought the doors to the rooms need to be updated! Can see daylight under door can hear some road noise when standing near door, sleeping was ok! Had a hard time unlocking room with key card! Shower was hard to control water from getting outside of shower. Had to keep it turned towards wall!!
