Pros: We were hiking the PCT and arrived a day early due to cold and wet weather. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting us situated and dealing with our complicated changes.
Cons: Nothing was unfortunate. The food was great and they provided tokens to do laundry and soap to wash our wet clothes.

Pros: Location
Cons: Room we were given was between the office and the kitchens....lots of noise and lots of smells. Sticky chairs and tables in the bars and restaurant....how clean? Lots of the staff seemed to be students doing holiday jobs, they were delightfully enthusiastic but not trained.
