Electric City Trolley Station and Museum

Electric City Trolley Station and Museum is off I-81 exit 185 to Lackawanna Ave., following signs to 300 Cliff St., on the grounds of Steamtown National Historic Site. The facility displays trolleys, photographs and a model trolley that children can control. A 10-minute film details the history of trolleys. Approximately 10-mile 1-hour trolley excursion rides also are offered.

Although the museum is on the grounds of a national park, the site is operated by Lackawanna County; therefore, National Parks passes are not valid.
