Pros: Cleanliness. Nice bed to be relaxed.
Cons: Most of the staff are very nice friendly. But a guy on the night-shift was very unfriendly. No smile, no greetings. He didn't talk to me. Since he was in charge when I checked out the hotel, it left a bitter taste in the mouth in the end!

Cons: We were charged for breakfast because we did not reserve room on bed and breakfast plan. No such plan was offered on your site. We saw buffet and ate like most hotels (complimentary breakfast) then were presented with Bill

Girlfriend Weekend was a Blast!
Pros: Great staff! Very comfortable and roomy room! Wonderful breakfast at a good price! The lobby was so inviting and welcoming. I only stayed one night with my girlfriends but would definitely go back for a date night with my husband if we were in this part of PA in the future. I want to try out the SPA and pool. Every Hilton Garden Inn employee I encountered had a smile on their face.

Pros: It was very average, but the "Hilton" name is very overrated.
Cons: Are your "booking" kidding me?? (use the F work instead of booking like in their commercials...) They say you can cancel the reservation (Booking) anytime after you reserve .(actual quote..." Don't worry, you can cancel at any time...." and we only use your credit card to confirm...".) However you can't. Immediately after you reserve online, they say you will be charged 1 days fee at the hotel as "per there cancellation policy". What the Booking???? (again use the F word)

Pros: We loved staying there, and the staff was great.
Cons: Trivago had told us that the hotel was pet friendly, which turned out not to be the case. We had already stayed for three days, and had booked to stay longer, but we're informed we would have to remove our cat or be charged a $250 cleaning fee. The girl who told us this was nice about it, but it really should have been handled better. She even said herself she checked with the site, and it did indeed say they were pet friendly.

MY RECENT STAY.
Pros: It a good location for my trip. The staff were very friendly. I didn't get to use any of the facilities. But I appreciate the pool, business center, and gym being at my disposal. The facilities were very clean. The lobby area was warm and inviting. If I'm ever in that area and in need of a place to stay. The Hilton Garden Inn will be my first choice for a hotel.
