Pros: Manicure was nice but they overcharged, according to the brochure in the room and added a tip that was too much. The lady did nothing special to earn such a big tip.
Cons: I was disappointed in the room service, it was my husbands 60th birthday and I ordered cake and they told me it was complimentary, we waited 2 hours. I finally ordered from room service and that cake came and was not that good.
