The impression I got was that the staff was not very well trained with dealing with online third party reservations. Three different people at three different times tried to figure out my reservation rates. I had a printed confirmation. My vacation was ruined due to all the unnecessary charges and holds on my credit card.
Pros: The breakfast was really nice and plentiful.
Cons: The issue I had was when I checked in. The rate I guaranteed my room was for $109. When I arrived I was charged $132 and was told that the reservation came to them that way and that they can't adjust it in there system. Also, I was told that I could choose another method of payment at check out. Well, my credit card was charged as an express check out for the incorrect rate as well as a mysterious charge of over $300 that is still pending with my credit card company from July 1st. So I basically was charged over $600 dollars for a king room at a three star hotel. I'm very dissatisfied. This was my first time using AAA

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. The water pressure was awesome for a nice hot shower after a long ride!
Cons: We booked for the pool, but didn't get to enjoy it. The ventilation is terrible. My husband got a headache. Also, after entering our room, luckily, I put the bar lock on our door. The front desk booked the next guests to our room & they opened our door.

Cons: whom ever tended to our room on Saturday left the door ajar( safety latch left so door could open) and when pointed this out twice they said that happens and we will talk to the staff person. Lucky , nothing taken as we were gone all day.

Cons: The staff was terrible. Amanda to be specific. She was rude and the pool was closed over half of my stay, so i asked for some of my money back, she gave me a dirty look and said with more attitude than I thought possible that I already knew the pool would be closed before I came, and that I didn't need a refund. I called 1 hour before my reservation to ask, because they absolutely did not willingly tell me. They told me it would be down for half of the first day, then they changed it up and said it was the entire second day, then they said it would only be for a few hours while they cleaned it. The hot tub was closed the entire time.

Pros: The location was great. The room was very spacious. The bathroom looked nice. Staff were effective and friendly.
Cons: The room had a lot of strange noises. Water pipes or something else. Walls were super thin and we could hear EVERYTHING that was happening outside. Housing keeping walked in while we were still in room. They knocked but did wait for a response and sprang right in. Too many stray sounds in the bathroom.

Pros: The room we stayed in was spacious, very clean,the bathroom was spotless, the bed really comfortable. We only spent one night here, but I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. There is parking on site, but I cannot tell how big it is, although we find a spot without a problem.
Cons: Really limited variety of food. I know it is a continental breakfast but there were few things to choose from.
