AAA Editor Notes
Bryn Athyn Cathedral, SR 232 and Cathedral Rd., was constructed 1914-30 by craft guilds for the Swedenborgian faith. The building exemplifies Gothic Revival and English Arts and Crafts architecture and features stained-glass windows. The structure was built to have a bowing effect to represent the course of human growth; the walls have no straight or right angles.
Guided tours are available.
