AAA Editor Notes
Historic Yellow Springs, 1685 Art School Rd., was a village built around three mineral-rich springs and consists of several early American buildings that served many functions over three centuries including a 1722 health spa, an inn, a military hospital, a school for Civil War orphans, an arts school and a movie production company. A brochure for a self-guiding tour of the village and remaining structures—including the ruins of a Revolutionary War hospital—are available at the Lincoln Building.
