Pros: Great bed and bedding
Cons: Free breakfast would be nice.

Pros: Beds were comfortable. Location was good.
Cons: I booked a King room with sofa bed. I called at 11:30 am to tell them I was arriving very late and asked if the type of room I booked would be still be available. They assured me it would. When I got there they told me that a King room was unavailable and they would have to move me to a two Queen room. I was disappointed in that. It was also cost a few dollars more than my booking confirmation.

Pros: We had a party there every was beautiful and I stayed and I loved every thing
Pros: Everything looked and smelled new and clean. Not tired or dismal like many hotels, but fresh feeling. Layout and decor was pleasant and properly understated.
Cons: Requested extra pillows during booking process, didn't get them. Asked again at desk, still never got them.
Also, TV nearly impossible to watch from bed.
Pros: Location was close to where we needed to go.
Cons: We were on the 5th floor and saw evidence of mold in the corner near the ceiling -- looks like it had been painted over.
Also, I slept on sofa bed and it wasn't very comfortable.
TV didn't work too well either. We paid $182 for the room and didn't feel it met Courtyard standards
Pros: Closeness to it Ursinus college.
Cons: I was woken at midnight by people outside the room in the hall talking laud and laughing. The same thing at 2am! This is my third stay in a row that rude inconsiderate people have ruined. My stay.when I left in the morning there were empty beer bottles setting around on the floor and also inside the elevator. I feel bad for your hotel because it is nice, but these people treat it like a pig pen. Don't know if I will return.
Pros: loved the bed and the pillows...very comfortable. loved that I could get a Starbucks at night..Staff was helpful and friendly. I was in a recently refurbished room. Very clean and new looking.
Cons: The toilet would not stop running unless you jiggled the handle. Could not get nbc on the tv...not happy about that.
Pros: A no hassle, exactly what I wanted experience.
Pros: Good service, friendly staff
Cons: Limited food and beverage available
family with older children
Pros: Clean, elegant, great for the money, very nice staff, great location.
Cons: No one ever mentioned that a hold would be put on my credit card "just in case" I purchased anything onsite. I paid for the room in full weeks ahead of time and did not expect a freeze on my checking account. The main reason we were there was for a medical issue for a family member: NOT the time to have money frozen. PLEASE be sure your staff inform guests at check-in that a hold will be placed on their account even if the room is paid in full in advance.
Cons: Very hard to locate off Rt. 422. You can SEE it, but can't get there easily.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff
Cons: Bathtub drain and overflow were rusted and there was pink mold on the grout. Toilet seat was loose and crooked. Stains on carpet in bedroom.
