Turkey Hill Experience, 301 Linden St. at jct. Third St., offers nine interactive exhibit areas showcasing the history and the inner workings of the Turkey Hill Dairy in Lancaster County. Though not a factory tour, visitors will learn how the company's ice cream and iced tea are made. They can milk a mechanical cow, design their own virtual ice cream flavor, make a Turkey Hill commercial and enjoy free samples of ice cream and iced tea. In the Taste Lab, ice cream lovers can add flavors, mix-ins and syrups to turn vanilla ice cream into their own custom flavor. Food is available.
