Classic. Near the Delaware Water Gap and the ski areas just to the north in Bushkill, this fine and friendly eatery has its roots in vintage Brooklyn. Post-war New Yorkers who chose to go west from the old neighborhood opened this noteworthy rural spot in 1947. Excellent pizza, respectable pastas and salads all stand (locally) head and shoulders above the rest. In the summer enjoy the fun tiki bar. Service is amiable but retains enough of the Brooklyn attitude to keep it all real.
