Beth Sholom Synagogue and Visitor Center, 8231 Old York Rd., is one of the last structures designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. On the tour you will be led through synagogue to see the unique architecture. The visitor center houses exhibits, including a short film, detailing the history of the synagogue including the partnership between Wright and the Rabbi Cohen who commissioned the project. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
$12; $8 (senior citizens and students with ID); free (ages 0-9).
Hours: Tours depart on the hour Wed.-Thurs. 10-1, Sun. 10-3 and other times by appointment, Mar.-Dec.; by appointment rest of year. Closed Passover, Shavuot and Yom Kippur. Phone ahead to confirm schedule.
