Pros: The rooms were clean
Cons: The signage back to the hotel was not good since I thought I was looking for a Hampton. An email from APH would have been EXTREMELY helpful so I knew as I drove in what I was looking for. I was convinced I was in the wrong place, that my GPS was wrong and then very concerned about quality and authenticity when I walked into the lobby since I had no idea the Hampton Inn I made reservations with had changed hands altogether. Wasn't very pleased. I did not appreciate how the staff stood around and talked loudly amongst each other since there were very few guests in the breakfast area - I was the only one for two hours. They help personal conversations - used foul language and were overall very unprofessional.

Pros: It looks like the hotel was recently renovated. Everything seems new. Nice and quiet room. Hotel overall is extremely clean. Staff is very helpful and very nice. Breakfast was good much better than regular hotels. Pool was great and in perfect temperature. I was surprised because everything was just perfect. It was one of the nicest stays we had.
Cons: Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect!

Pros: Cleanliness and breakfast
Cons: The night shift staff for the evening we checked in was not helpful. In fact she questioned if we really booked King Study with Sofa. According to her there were no this type of rooms in the system, we should contact booking site for the problem. We informed the hotel in advance of our late arrival and requested for room not facing the highway, but our request was not fullfield as the other rooms were occupied. The noise from the highway was disturbing and difficult to has a good night sleep. The morning shift staff moved us to the other side room and made our second night stay more pleasant. Overall the sound insulation of the hotel is not very good and can be improved.

Pros: The front desk agent-I think Ryan was very helpful and accommodating! He expedited my check in to make it swift and easy! Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy!
Cons: It was a cold evening and we arrived late and tired. My room was not warm. It would have been nicer if it the heat had been on and ready for our arrival.

Pros: Water and soft drinks were complimentary.
Cons: Room given was not what was reserved. They do not have sofa beds. They then changed our room to have two queens. Went to room and it was under construction. Changed us again. This room was in the middle of remodel. Barcodes still on bathtub and sink. Grout was not complete and had pieces on floor. One lamp had no light bulb another had a loose connection. The only light that worked was the bathroom. Told the staff and the entire stay (4 days) was not corrected. After second day our keys would not work they tried to reprogram still didn't work the staff said well sometimes the door access batteries go bad. Went through 3 tries and finally it worked. Worst stay ever at a large chain hotel.
