Hope Lodge is off Pennsylvania Tpke./I-276 exit 339, .8 mi. n.w. on Pennsylvania Ave., then s. on Bethlehem Pike, following signs. Built 1743-48 for prosperous Quaker gristmill operator Samuel Morris, the Georgian mansion now is filled with antique art and furnishings from the 18th- through 20th centuries representing both the Colonial and Colonial Revival styles. Beautiful Colonial Revival gardens surround the home. Note: Due to lack of funding, Hope Lodge tours are not running. Phone for further updates. Visitors may still walk the grounds, and special public events are held occasionally. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.

Hours: Open on third Sun. of each month, 12:30-4, Apr.-Oct. Closed Jan. 1, Columbus Day, Nov. 11, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas. Phone ahead to confirm schedule.
