Pennsylvania Lumber Museum, 11.2 mi. w. on US 6 to 5660 US 6W, interprets the history of the state's lumber industry—from the days when pine and hemlock were the wealth of the nation to the present. More than 3,000 objects can be seen—ranging from axes to logging locomotives. Visitors can tour a recreated logging camp and expanded visitors center with new exhibits. The Sustainable Forestry Trail highlights timber management practices.
