Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, I especially enjoyed the fresh eggs,bacon,bagels and fruit.

Pros: The Harrisburg Hampton Inn was very nice. It was very clean and thestaff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I used booking.com to book my room. After I checked out, my hotel chargewas $90 higher than the confirmed rate I booked. There was a separateincidental charge from the hotel and it was cleared up within 6 days.After having to get a bank statement and confirm all of my info andhaving booking.com try to help me get my overcharge back, I am stillwaiting for $50 of the overcharge to get refunded to me. It has now beenalmost 30 days since the stay. This has been a troubling situation andthis will make me not choose Hampton Inn in the future if this is howthey do business with a third party that had a confirmed rate.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy.
