I was not impressed with hotel. The hotel itself was not easy to find even with the use of GPS.When I checked in the person assisting me told me that my debit card was going to have the hotel charges added to it, even though my entire hotel bill was paid ahead of time. The reservation was made via online through the AAA website. He later noticed that and told me he would contact the website so I would not be charged again. I was upset because when I checked in I offered to show all of my paperwork and they said they did not need it, they just looked up the reservation under may name and asked for my debit card. I was not happy about that at all since I was intending to use my debit card to pay for things on my vacation. Also I am a Wyndham rewards member and they did not even ask if I was. I mentioned it 3 times. I did not receive any additional points on my account for the recent hotel stay. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Same food every morning and it did not taste good at all. The room where the food was served was way to small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Not enough seating. We had to go out for breakfast.
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: I listed the cons above in the overall impression of the hotel. I would like to think that I can at least expect to receive some points on my Wyndham Rewards Account.I have stayed at other Ramada's that I have enjoyed, but not this one.

Pros: We had a room when we needed it. We came in at 2 n the morning.
Cons: We had a reservation from a 3rd party and the room we got was not what we were expecting. One bed instead of two, smoking instead of non smoking and paid 140$ instead 80$ as termed on line.

Pros: Our room was very large, the perfect size for a small gift giving party for my son's birthday. The pool and spa were great.
Cons: We booked 3 rooms and requested that 2 be adjoining and all 3 be as close as possible because we had 3 young children, all staying in different rooms. 2 were side by side (they don't have "adjoining") which was fine, but the 3rd was in a different building and different floor. That we could excuse, even if it was inconvenient. The rest, we could not, and there was a LOT we didn't like. The room was dirty when we arrived. Used soap and towels in the bathroom, sheets had clearly not been changed, and there was leftover food in the refrigerator. The previous occupant's keycard holder with marked out room numbers led us to believe he/she had switched rooms and then switched back, but housekeeping went on break before getting the room ready for us. One of our towels had what was clearly a poop stain, dust was caked in several areas of the room (tv, window, etc). Thankfully, the manager saw to it that the room was properly cleaned while we went out to dinner. Unfortunately, we later realized that the room was also in disrepair. Broken stopper in the tub (i'm pretty handy so I was able to temporarily fix), shower curtain rod was falling down so the curtain would not stay closed ( I had to use a hand towel to keep it closed), the sink wouldn't drain (we kept the flow of water low so that it wouldn't fill up, and I later found out my parents had the same issue), the bathroom door took the force of an adult to open and close (not good with a child, and my parents had this issue too. They found out after my nephew trapped himself inside), the fireplace didn't work, several outlets didn't work (resulting in uncharged phones and a light that didn't work), housekeeping did not have clean washcloths on Saturday morning and the ones we got that night from the front desk were old and discolored. I returned them and they gave me some that were only slightly better.

Pros: They changed our room promptly when the original room was too disgusting to even stand in
Cons: This was the worst stay at a ramada ive ever had. The rooms were musty smelling and just not comfortable to be in. I will definitely stay elsewhere on my next trip to Harrisburg. I may even second guess ever staying at a ramada again
