I was not impressed with hotel. The hotel itself was not easy to find even with the use of GPS.When I checked in the person assisting me told me that my debit card was going to have the hotel charges added to it, even though my entire hotel bill was paid ahead of time. The reservation was made via online through the AAA website. He later noticed that and told me he would contact the website so I would not be charged again. I was upset because when I checked in I offered to show all of my paperwork and they said they did not need it, they just looked up the reservation under may name and asked for my debit card. I was not happy about that at all since I was intending to use my debit card to pay for things on my vacation. Also I am a Wyndham rewards member and they did not even ask if I was. I mentioned it 3 times. I did not receive any additional points on my account for the recent hotel stay. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. Same food every morning and it did not taste good at all. The room where the food was served was way to small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Not enough seating. We had to go out for breakfast.
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: I listed the cons above in the overall impression of the hotel. I would like to think that I can at least expect to receive some points on my Wyndham Rewards Account.I have stayed at other Ramada's that I have enjoyed, but not this one.

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable front desk friendly and helpful. The price was great on Booking.com
Cons: It was a little tricky getting off the highway into the hotel could use better directions somehow with entrance to the hotel . One very negative thing I am a coffee drinker her as well as my partner and there was no coffee in the lobby at 7 AM

Pros: The breakfast room attendant was very helpful & pleasant on Friday 5/5. I didn't catch her name but she does deserve Kudos. The room staff was attentive, even though we kept our room "do not disturb" they did ask us if we needed anything. All in all, no complaints. We don't leave our room destroyed, hope our cleanliness made their job a little easier upon our checkout.
Cons: The outside entrance nearest our room didn't accept room cards so had to walk through main entrance to gain access or block door to re-enter. Safety hazard. No elevator access to our room with luggage.

Pros: It is a very nice place with easy to get to .. We love the buffet that you can just walk to..
Cons: You can never get towels for using at the pool or in your room .. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and they never have any extra towels . Plus went to the desk to ask for towels and they were sleeping so I went down the hall and hunted for my self .. But all they had clean were hand towels so took a shower and had to use 3 hand towels to dry.. and at the pool they never have any towels .. all ways have to ask and they say we don't have any clean.. Then the breakfast left a lot to need help with . It was not the food its self but how they were preparing it .. The only suryup they had was sugar free and was so nasty I couldn't even eat my waffle .. They had a lot missing and we had to ask for things like butter and napkins .. Then they brought out eggs in a big deep container to heat and put out and they kept micowaveing them and never did get them hot because they were doing to many at a time.. They also had my booking all messed up when I got there we were to have 2 rooms and ended up with one.. thank goodness I had my print out to show them what I had booked

Pros:
Cons: This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I called 2 days before we arrived to ask about an early check-in and late check-out. They confirmed over the phone the times i needed to check in and out would not be a problem, it wouldn't be an extra charge and that they would leave a note with my reservation. I arrived early Saturday morning and had to wait because they could not find my reservation in their system and also no record of the notes about my early check-in and late check-out. They told me I may need to pay an extra night which I told them I would be back later that day to discuss since I was told I wouldn't need to. When we went to go to bed that night there were clumps of hair on the underside of the pillows. Both card readers on the outside doors on our side of the building did not work so every time we entered the building we had to walk all the way around. We informed the front desk but they were not fixed by the time we left Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning I went by the front desk to explain that I had been told that we would not be charged extra to stay later that day. The front desk clerk said we would probably get charged and refused to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed one wouldn't be at the hotel until 11 AM. I left my name and number and asked for the manager could call me to discuss the issue. By 2 PM i still hadn't received a call from the manager. I had to call the hotel and ask for the manager to speak to her. I explained the situation that one of her staff told me that I could check in early and leave late with no extra charge. She refused to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the misinformation and told me I was refusing to leave the room. I hung up, left the event hours early and raced back to the hotel because I was afraid about the personal property I had in the room.
