Pros: I like the Interior Design of the Room.
Cons: Tiffany on the front desk was exceptionally rude over the phone and avoided us at check out. The staff cared more about sitting outside, smoking cigarettes, talking on their cell phones and having personal time then helping their guests. The hotel was at less than 40% capacity and when I inquired about an upgrade I was told that was not what I requested and I should take it up with who I reserved my room from. This establishment would be stellar if it were not for the unprofessionalism of its staff.

Pros: the morning receptionist is nice to me. The McDonald's and capitol diner is very near.
Cons: The 1st night they give me a room that has two beds in which it's only me on the 2nd floor,. the room smells musty odor. Looks like somebody is smoking inside the room. The 2nd day I asked the male receptionist if he can transfer me to other rooms that are available. He transferred me to 1st floor that has 1bed only, the odor inside the room was much better. But I got scared a male receptionist really sneaks outside my room looking in the window of my room without knocking the door 1st. It happened that my curtain is opened I saw him looking in my window. I got scared at the same time he was calling in telephone if I'm ok. Or if I need something just tell him and that it's his end of the shift he was checking if I'm ok. Maybe because he knew I'm alone...he thinks I'm a whore maybe that will sleep to a man I didn't know. I make sure my door is locked and my windows are covered after that. Thank God his not working the on my last night. It's my 1st time to be in hotel alone so I'm surprised on how the advertisements on the website about price wise. I thought I got a good deal with the price but what the booking.com total give to me is not the fixed total to the hotel. I paid 10 bucks more every night to the price I booked. I thought I saved money but it's not. I could have just look for other hotel than staying there for 3 nights.

Pros: The staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful.
Cons: The property is pet friendly and the room smelled like old unwashed dog that had been sprayed with a horrible chemical/floral air freshener.
