family with young children
Pros: The suite was spacious and very clean. All staff is quite friendly and hejpful
Cons: The sidewalks were not clear of snow that had fallen a few days before making it difficult to walk the dogs and to access the room easily from the parking lot. My mother is 92 and it was difficult for her to navigate the area

Cons: There is no recycle bin in the room !!! We asked it at the desk and the staff told us: we don't recycle here! We are in 2017 and you don't help the planet!!! You are so stupid! Please, get recycle bin in your hotel, for the planet!
young couple
Pros: Honestly can't say I liked anything there stayed over an hour and had so many issues in that time never even got settled in a room
Cons: First off the place is hard to find because the name on the building is completely different then what it is and it doesn't have the look of the regular red roof inns that are part of the chain. My husband I were driving up and down the road for a little over 30 minutes trying to find the place. We called the front desk for help finding it multiple times and they kept saying it was right next to a business that was halfway down the road instead of giving helpful directions like saying "oh we don't have a sign yet but it's the brown building with huge sign on it that says Genesee Ballrooms"Checking into the propery the front desk lady makes us wait as she it's calling around to other guests and telling them they have to move their vehicles again because the snow plow outs coming to clear the lot. After waiting forever to check in we get our room keys and are told also not to parking lot to find somewhere else to park until this plow comes. We drive around to find out room and most of the guests are outside in big groups talking, cars all over the edges of the lots. We decided that I would take the luggage to the room and my husband would find a place to put the car. Cut to me dragging the suit cases up stairs and unlocking our room to find its already occupied by two, now very startled guys! Take every thing back down stairs load it back in the car while talking to some of the other people staying. They say they have been waiting almost 2 hrs for the plow. Some figured out wasn't coming so moved their cars back into their spaces only to have the front desk call and tell them to move it. Every time they ask how long till the guy gets their they are told just a few more minutes. Another person hand some questionably clean towels and was told their was no cleaning staff that day and they could get new ones tomorrow!!!!
