Beautiful and clean. Nice staff. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Eggs and other hot items were not good at all. We threw what we got out and opted for cereal and bagels. Gorgeous pool, but spa was too hot.
Pros: Clean, beautiful hotel with wonderful pool for grandkids.
Cons: Not full kitchen as advertised, no stove or over. Charged for roll away bed without notice. Spa too hot.
The Residences Inn is a quality hotel. The continental breakfast is superior. The service and friendly attitude of all the staff makes for a wonderful stay.
Pros: Just about everything.
The Residence Inn is a very clean and modern facility. The staff was always available when needed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but most especially enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.
Pros: rooms are cozy
Cons: front desk was not helpful ,she looks like shes not happy with her job
An enjoyable stay at the...
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was a hit. Having an indoor pool and outdoor grilling facilities was also a plus.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Aircon worked
Helpful - but clearly desperate - front desk lady (who seemed to do everything else too, including locking the pool up).
Cons: Stank like a funeral parlour
Just don't even look at the floor in the common parts: oh, yeah, you can't since the lights don't come on until late
I thought I'd walked into a horror film set. I wouldn't go there again - I'd sooner sleep in my car. ( I am itching days later, but no proof that's from bugs here: although I wish I'd read and paid attention to the reviews on this place before I checked in).
Pros: Staff were very helpful in getting us a new room after the heater in the room tried to self destruct at 00:30 in the morning.
Cons: Heater in the room tried to self destruct in the middle of the night. Although the staff were helpful in getting us a new room, it took multiple calls to the front desk to get someone to actually come take a look to see what was going on with the heater.
