Pros:
Cons: I stayed here for 9 nights in room 22. This property has a number of older rooms that have not been remodeled in what seems like decades. Upon entering my room I first noticed there was a large burn mark on the bed spread (made be a hot iron I assume). There was no closet – just coat hooks. Entering the small bathroom I found the wallpaper peeling off the wall. There was also peeling paint on ceiling in room with the bed and TV. I was shocked at the condition of the room.Later that evening I requested an upgrade. I was told I would be provided an upgrade quote the next morning. The next morning I went to the office to upgrade my room. I was told by the manager that the upgrade charge would be an additional $439.87 over my original Bookings.com fee of $781.14! The manager was unreasonable and would not upgrade my room using my AAA discount which was a current room rate of $112 per night if I had booked the upgrade room on the Howard Johnson website (they had rooms available for the upgrade) that day. The upgrade charge that was offered was $54.95 per day. I would have upgraded if the manager would have offered a price that was closer to the $112 price which was the fair thing to do forma 9 night stay,I contacted Wyndham corporate to complain about the substandard room conditions and unreasonable upgrade price. I assume the Wyndham group's Howard Johnson management team contacted the manager because I was offered another upgrade offer the next evening. The new upgrade fee was now increased to $60! The manager discounted this new higher price to $47 per night - still much more than $112 AAA price per night I could have on the Howard Johnson website! I was informed by the night manager that I had a couple of hours to take the new "deal". At this point I declined the "deal".

Pros: I really liked the back patio. We had a corner room on bottom floor and it felt pretty private. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast there was not good at all. Really can't call it breakfast. No variety - just bagel or miniature stale pastry. Coffee ran out and stayed out. Luckily there was a nice restaurant close by. Highly recommend Hershey Pantry!

Pros:
Cons: You people totally had my booking. When we found out that you only had us booked for only one night stay.Your people need to pay more attention to what they are doing. That is the first and last I will ever use you as a booking agent.

Pros: Well we liked the breakfast Beds were clean and well made. Towels etc were provided
Cons: AC was an issue. And so was the room itself. Bathroom in a family room is really small.
