Pros: Location was great for us; not too far off the highway en route from a family function to home. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great (although my husband would like to have seen sausages and bacon, I had no need for that, and found the scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, shredded cheese, chobani yogurt, and many other offerrings to be more than enough). Coffee was even good--I was surprised. Grounds were clean and neat, parking ample. Staff was quite pleasant.
Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like. We arrived late and left after breakfast the next morning, so it's not like I had days to evaluate, but in the little time we spent there, I found it to be very nice, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. OH, ONE THING I JUST THOUGHT OF: We booked what we thought was a suite with 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch. (I hate pull-out couches, so that was irrelevant to me; but our daughter was supposed to come on the trip with us, so we wanted at least one queen and another bed--the description of two queens had me hooked.) Strangely, booking.com called this room a "King Suite." I found it very strange that a room with two queen beds would be called that, but...stranger things have happened to me. At the last second, our daughter did not come, and it was just as well, because...surprise!...the room really was a King bed with a pull-out couch!!
