Cons: The drain in the shower drained so slowly that I was standing in water to my ankles at the end of my shower.

Disappointing

I won't be back.
Pros: There was a craft beer on tap at the lounge. The restrooms on the main floor were renovated & reasonably clean.
Cons: No elevator (there's no excuse for no elevator). In the renovated guest room, some weird type of stopper drain is being used in the sink, which requires a person to touch the drain & pull it up/out, which is disgusting (in fact, the only way the sink drains, is if the drain is completely removed, since it doesn't function as intended). There's no towel rack in the guest room bathroom, only a small hook on the back of the bathroom door. The water handle fell off in the guest room shower when the shower was used. In the renovated guest room bathroom, there's no way to turn on the water, without being in the shower (due to glass door setup)... and as most folks know, the water is ice cold when it's first turned on. As such, any person turning on the water in the new guest room shower gets shot with ice cold water. The shower head is mounted too high, and so moving the shower head is a nightmare unless you're over 6' tall.
