Pros: Bob, the GM, and his entire staff, run a 1st Class operation! Also, good value. We could not have been happier and hope to return many times in the future.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned when I got there. There was a used condom on the shower floor and two of the soap boxes were empty meaning that no one had taken the time to replace them. None of the room service food was good, it was less than mediocre and very expensive. The website says that cookies and other foods/necessities could be purchased from the 24 hour gift shop but the gift shop was completely shut down with no explanation. The square footage for the price does not compare to other hotels. I had a note under my door telling me that they had delivered new linens/towels to me and hung them on the outside door knob, but they were nowhere to be found. The sound of the hearing/air conditioner vent is so incredibly loud. But as for the positives, the staff were mostly pleasant, the cookies were delicious, and the beds were very comfty.

Pros: Clean, comfy room and bathroom.
Cons: Not good value for the money. There was only one room on the 8th floor with 3 or 4 microwaves and 1 refrigerator with a note that said "lost or stolen food is not our responsibility"....that you needed an access code for from the front desk. Also poor communication...I requested a late checkout online the night before we came (Friday) for Sunday. They didn't send a confirmation email that they received my request until Sunday morning. Then they didn't tell me until I called them at 1:45 pm on Sunday that "I probably hadn't heard from them because my request was denied and my mom and 1 year old daughter should've been out of the room already" in spite of my training ending at 4:00 pm and them having no where to go until I returned. You also have to pay $15 for breakfast. There is no free breakfast even though you've already paid close to $180 a night for a room with nothing in it but beds, a desk, and tv. Also, I called to request a crib on Friday night. When we got in our room on Saturday there was no crib. I requested one again in person around 6 pm. After 9 pm we still didn't receive a crib, but we randomly received a free mini refrigerator that someone else requested, but we kept it because we needed it and weren't aware it was available! We finally got a crib for my exhausted 1 year old close to 10 pm. Overall a poor experience other than comfy beds and a great shower.
