Pros: Cool, "urban" vibe; loved the wood and exposed brick. Room was comfortable and very clean.
Cons: Rooms were not very insulated or soundproofed. Other people's conversations could be heard through the walls. Also stopped in the restaurant and even though the setting was beautiful, had a mediocre experience. Seated near a service door through which staff kept going in and out (even though the restaurant was practically empty) and restaurant staff seemed disinterested. Would stay at the hotel again, but the restaurant didn't make a great first impression.

Pros: Great history to this old factory building, with lots of old features - but no compromise on quality and comfort. Beautifully restored. Would recommend.

Pros: Good bed and bathroom. Convenient for our sons graduation weekend
Cons: Breakfast was limited, put out in a cramped space with insufficient seating when the hotel was busy. The bar was limited to a few seats immediately upto it despite the restaurant seating having later bookings. Some of the staff were rather surly and offhand. Lack of communication when we reserved table for Sunday evening only to find out at 7 pm that the restaurant had decided to close. (Though management did offer a room discount as an apology)

Pros: Loved the rooms and the common areas, built within an old cork and glass factory. Lots of original exposed bring and industrial touches. Service was excellent.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like may have been more attributable to booking.com than the hotel. I reserved two rooms for two couples. The hotel received the reservation for only one room, and it took a bit of maneuvering to get the second couple accommodated. In the end it worked out fine, but there were a couple of interesting moments.
