AAA Editor Notes
Packwood House Museum, 15 N. Water St., features an extensive decorative arts collection that spans the 18th- through 20th centuries. More than 10,000 pieces are featured in the 27-room house built in the 1790's. The museum specializes in central Pennsylvania decorative arts, including furniture and more than 240 quilts. Exhibits of works by local artists are offered in the Kelly Gallery. Visitors will see the garden and 18 of the 27 rooms over three floors.
