Pros: I loved the suite style room with the doors that closed between the living area and bedroom. I also loved the outdoor area with fire pits.

Pros: The room and amenities were great. Large fridge, small stove we did not use, good selection of kitchen utensils. Nice bed & mattress.
Cons: Fridge has an ice maker, but inadequate for our short stay, and no ice machine to be found. Breakfast fair/mediocre, but nice room. Very few nearby restaurants.
Our room temp could not be lowered below 68, so it was too hot for a good night's sleep.

Cons: A note was left in our room (while we were at breakfast) that Housekeeping would only supply fresh towels and empty trash (which was ok with us) for Thanksgiving day but they left the room and didn't do either one of them. "Bed in a bag" (for pull out) was gross both sheets and blanket were stained! Had to go downstairs for clean ones….woman on staff was apologetic though. Next day no roll of toilet paper had to go ask again! Thanksgiving weekend- ran out of a lot of food at 8:15am (breakfast was 7-10!!) We stopped and told morning staff but she just made excuses and didn't seem to care about the other issues we told her about either. No real apology for the trouble. Would NOT stay here again.

Pros: The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed having the living room instead of just a bedroom.
Cons: A $50 pending transaction was applied against my credit card during our stay. I didn't realize this until I got home. I called the hotel and they told me that it's for incidental items and would be removed within 3 days. I don't believe that this should have been done. But since it was, and I assume this is done to all guests, it should have been mentioned curing my stay. As it was, I was afraid that my card information had been compromised.

Cons: loud a/c unit; pool was shut down when we wanted to use it, someone threw up into it; no ice machines on the floors, and freezers doesn't produce ice fast enough; second fire pit did not work in the outside seating area; 3rd floor hole way smelled like weed.

Pros: Celebrated a 10yr old's birthday here. The girls enjoyed the pool, social hour and breakfast meals. Next time, I know not to bring food. The staff was pleasant and friendly no matter what time it was. Thank you Sheniece (sp?) and Khaliff. The two bedroom suite was perfect!!
Cons: I would suggest checking the levels in the pool. The 5ft. side seemed a bit too deep.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Hilton Suite hotel in Malvern. The room was clean and spacious, the food was very good and we even received a phone call after checking in to see if everything was satisfactory and it was. Pros: The staff was really wonderful. The food was also great.
Cons: The carpet was shot it had big stains and was afraid to walk in my bare feet. The pool was so chlorinated that when you walk in the area it burned your eyes. The gym had a bad smell, the only had 2 treadmills and weights and one of the treadmills was broke.
