Pros: Breakfast was wonderful and housekeeping was very helpful
Cons: Didn't have no parking space due to customers was double parking and for the hotel to be high price they should have built a bigger parking lot and more than more elevator. Inform you that you will be charged holding fee even if you paid in full for your stay months in advance.

Pros: The king bed was delightfully comfortable, the sofa bed was great, my kids actually slept late for a change. The bedding for the sofa bed was great. It was the only place we stayed in on our whole trip that had decent bedding for the sofa bed. (A must when traveling with 3 kids)! The walkway was a bit cramped in the suite when the sofa bed was open, but we were only in the room to sleep, and that we did, so it didn't matter! Breakfast was amazing! The staff were a pleasure, and kept the breakfast bar stocked. The dinning area was perfect, we sat in the back area that had a TV of its own and my 4 year old got to watch Daniel Tiger, making breakfast in a strange place comfortable. We will seek out Spring Hills in the future when we travel. Hopefully they are all this nice. It was by far the best place we stayed during our road travels. And as a bonus, I really loved the decor, it was crisp and modern with lots of lovely modern nature photography, I've got an eye for detail and I found it very refreshing.
Cons: It would have been helpful if there had been a little dish soap by the kitchen sink. And, as I stated earlier the walkway was cramped when the sofa bed was open. The sofa cushions could have used a light cleaning but were totally acceptable, not gross by any stretch. But otherwise it was lovely.
